Description: A great well carved Tlingit shaman’s doll depicting a standing human. Nice old aged natural patina. These figures were often left at the patients bedside to aid the patient in healing when the shaman had finished performing his healing rites. It would represent the shaman and provide protection from the ailment or sickness returning.
